Let me share with you a piece of my story... There was a time in my life when I thought I was crazy because of how disconnected I felt from my body and the world around me. I was afraid of my mind and had no tools to help me pause or ground myself. It felt like I was floating in a void of anxiety and depression.
Understanding the phases of my menstrual cycle, connecting to my womanhood and healing my womb brought me clarity and empowered me to care for myself in ways I never thought possible. There was a time in my life where I had a choice to medicate my mind or to ground into the medicine of my womb and I am so grateful to have chosen the softer, more holistic approach.
Now I am very passionate about passing this wisdom forward and being a support pillar to woman moving though a similar journey. I believe in a world that is softer than the one we live in—where you are able to calmly live a life that is forgiving, compassionate, and deeply nourishing.
The containers I hold are honest, gentle, and potent, offering a digestible approach to healing. I am here to be of full service to you, allowing you to remain in full control of your journey—choosing the pace, depth, and direction we take together. I trust in your innate wisdom and am simply here as a loving guide, a hand to hold, as you connect with your own medicine and truth.
My qualifications include being a Yoga Teacher, Womb Wellness Practitioner, Life Coach, and Red Tent Facilitator. Beyond these titles, I am an artist deeply passionate about creating intimate, safe spaces where women can reclaim their bodies as wise and lovable, take up space with confidence, and embody the most authentic versions of themselves.
After a session with me, you will leave feeling lighter, more connected to yourself, grounded to Earth, and more aware of your emotional world. Life will feel more expansive, inviting and enjoyable!
