This is a gentle introduction into cyclical movement and seasonal living.
Over our time together, we will explore yoga as a tool for deepening your understanding of your menstrual cycle as well as connecting to your femininity and womb space. We will create a practice of moving in sync with your body’s phases, creating a deeper sense of awareness of where you are in your cycle and compassion for how this may impact the way you feel in your body.
As your fascilitator, I take pride in shaping this space to your individual needs, ensuring that each session meets you exactly where you are- honoring your cycle, your emotions, and whatever is alive in your body that day.
Each session is a sacred pause- an opportunity to slow down, listen to your body’s whispers, and move in a way that truly supports you and is in full alignment with where you are in your cycle. It is my intention for you to step off the mat feeling a bit closer to yourself every time.
This isn’t about forcing yourself into rigid postures or striving for the 'perfect yoga practice'. It’s about learning to move with your body's flow and not against it. Learning how to move with the ebbs and flows of your cycle is a life-changing tool for women of all ages. Not only will you have a deeper understanding of how your body works but you will also acquire tools to help you take care of yourself through each phase- lovingly preventing burn out, stress on the nervous system or any sense of overwhelm.
These sessions are for you if you are curious to learn more about your cycle and the way it impacts your body, or if you are struggling with burn out, anxiety or any other mental suffering or if you are simply craving to carve out some 'ME-time' in your schedule. You will be deeply held and supported throughout our journey together and I know you will feel the benefits of our time together ripple into the rest of your life.
