Cancellation Policy

By enrolling in Rewild Jan, you commit to the full 3-month journey—a deeply held container for growth, reflection, and transformation. Participation & Confidentiality All content shared, including journal prompts and live call recordings, is for personal use only and may not be distributed or reproduced. Participation in the WhatsApp group and live calls is optional but encouraged to enhance your experience. Respect and confidentiality within the group are paramount. Any disrespectful behavior may result in removal without refund. Cancellation & Refund Policy Due to the intimate nature of this journey: No refunds will be issued once the journey has begun. If you are unable to attend live calls, recordings will be provided—except for The Red Tent sessions to protect group members' privacy. In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing the facilitator from completing the offering, a partial credit may be applied to future offerings at the facilitator’s discretion. Payment Policy Payment plans are available in 1, 2, 3, or 4 installments to provide flexibility. All payments must be completed within the agreed schedule. Failure to complete payments may result in restricted access to the program. For South African clients, a discount code is provided to align pricing with local currency.
